ABOUT ME

Peace be upon you,

I am Itzhak ben El'kebbad, an aspiring writer, poet, and armchair philosopher with an Associates in Teaching. I am also a resident of the American Midwest, and a staunch respecter of the wisdom of our elders and forbearers.

On this blog, I hope to inspire greater historical awareness and to provoke thought and discussion on the applications of such past occurrences and corresponding philosophies without engaging too much in the heated grime of contemporary politics.  Additionally, I will engage in the greatest vessels mankind has devised for the expression of our ideas: Poetry and literary analysis.
